User Guide

Here's a quick user guide/summary for new users to the Circle, Feed, and Challenges sections in Kajabi Communities.

1. Circle:

Overview: Circle is the community platform within Kajabi. It's where members can interact, engage in discussions, and access exclusive content.
Navigation: To access Circle, log in to your Kajabi account and select the Circle tab from the dashboard.
 

Features:
Discussion Threads: You can start or join discussions on various topics.
Notifications: Get updates on new posts, comments, and mentions.
Direct Messaging: Connect with other members privately.
Search: Easily find specific discussions or topics.
Member Directory: See who else is in the community.

 

2. Feed:

Overview: The Feed is like your community's newsfeed. It displays recent activity and posts from members.

Navigation: Click on the "Feed" tab within the Circle platform.


Features:
Posts: Members can share text, images, links, and videos.
Comments: Engage with posts by leaving comments.
Likes: Show appreciation for posts by giving them a thumbs-up.
Filters: Use filters to view specific types of posts (e.g., discussions, announcements).

3. Challenges:

Overview: Challenges are interactive experiences designed to help you achieve specific goals or tasks.
Navigation: Find Challenges in the Circle platform or as a separate section, depending on your community setup.
 

Features:
Challenge Descriptions: Access details about the challenge, including objectives, rules, and rewards.
Progress Tracking: Monitor your progress throughout the challenge.
Discussion Boards: Participate in challenge-related discussions.
Resources: Access files, videos, or links related to the challenge.

4. Meetups

Find all Club online meetings and events in one place with links for access or to book tickets.

Here's how to download and use the app:

  1. Download the App: Go to your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
  2. Search for "Kajabi": In the app store's search bar, type "Kajabi" and search for the official Kajabi app.
  3. Install the App: Once you find the app, click the "Install" or "Download" button to install it on your device.
  4. Log In: Open the Kajabi app, and log in using your existing Business Buyers Club Kajabi account credentials.
